Two more academic cases managed successfully.
one pt came with h/o severe headache ,fever ,disorientation and ataxia.cliniclly suspected meningitis.cbc ,csf,ct brain revealed nothing.on day 2 he developed rt facial palsy.clinical diagnosis was ADEM(acute disseminated enceohalo myelitis).pt was started iv methylprednisolone and symptomatic t/t.he showed improvement after 2 days.he was discharged on day 6 with almost 80 % recovery.One pt came with h/o convulsions since 5 days.he was t/ted at one picu with no responce.this pt responded to our management in 2 days and is seizer free since last 4 days.
